- Very well organised 

- Information evening for parents was excellent

- Opportunity for teenagers to meet each other, also excellent

- Coach arrived on time and everything went smoothly on the part of IMT

- Instagram updates were fantastic in allowing me to have a glimpse into my child's day

- Phone time on a budget; whilst I have no issues with my child's phone time as I set my own parental restrictions, I think the evening limitation of phone time was good as it still enabled contact with parents, without taking away from the trip

- The activities they did sounded fantastic, literally all of them, so fun but also character building which is just great.

- On return, I could see the growth in my daughters mindset. It is without doubt that this trip has been beneficial beyond words in enabling her to widen her thinking and believe in herself more.

- My daughter thoroughly enjoyed this trip. On listening to feedback from her, I can see she had a home from home experience in the respect of her care whilst on the trip, for me this is positive. I particularly liked the reports of positive talks, motivational thinking, empowerment and inspiring to step out of comfort zones. This is how I raise my children, but there is strength in numbers, and to have her in the care of like minded adults encouraging her and helping her grow on a deeper level is something that is missing from many settings with children/young people, this wasn't missing from IMT and for that I am truly grateful. We need more services for young people that adopt these practices.
